Order
To order products or if you need help with an order, simply email us at orders@simplyunique.co.nz. We will email you a confirmation of your order, expected mailing date, postage cost and payment information. Please note, as products are made to order (re size) we allow 5-7 working days before mailing, once cleared funds have been received & the order has been confirmed. Please let us know if you have a time restriction on your request, as we are happy to try and accommodate. |

Refunds and Incorrect/Incomplete Orders
If your order is incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt. Simply Unique adheres to a full refund or exchange policy should the goods you receive be faulty, and are returned promptly and un-used. |
